Darrell and Darren are brothers and co-owners. Their names may confuse customers calling in on the phone, but they both have extensive knowledge of products and installation, and provide excellent customer service. Darrell is always willing to answer customer questions and help them find the perfect product. Darren heads up our homeshow displays and uses his extensive installation experience to teach some of our classes.
Ryan has been in the tile & stone business for about 3 years. He brings extensive install & design knowledge to our team, and is a very helpful resource for customers. Ryan occasionally teaches an installation class.
Rita brings an extensive and diverse customer service background in the Design and Color Industry. She enjoys engaging with the public to provide excellent customer service and design assistance. She particularly likes listening closely to fulfill her clients needs.
Kei is learning the tile trade and is willing to assist customers where he can. He does a lot around the store to manage stock and help with customer orders.
