Terms and Conditions of the Online Store


Our switchplates and decorative dots are manufactured products designed to mimic natural stone. Variation in color and shade is inherent, and may differ from the online photos. No claims will be honored based on the natural variation from product to product.

 


Return Policy


Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns must be shipped back to us within the 30 day period. The full cost of the items will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded or compensated.

 

The returned items must arrive in sale-able condition:

  • No visible scratches, chips, or other damage.
  • No signs of wear or use
  • No markings or residue on the surface.
  • Item must be complete: e.g. a switchplate must be returned with its screws, an item sold as a bundle of 20 must have all 20 present for the refund, etc.

 

Original packaging is not required for refunds.

 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original ship date. 

 

 

Damaged Items


If a product arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Email photgraphic documentation of damage to the item and, if applicable, damage to the packaging to info@tilelines.com.

 

Upon receiving satisfactory photographic evidence of the damage, we will send a replacement at no charge. 

 

At our discretion, a full refund may be issued for the cost of the item and partial shipping.
