All of our quartz manufacturers have a residential warranty plan protecting you, the homeowner, in the event of any defects in the quartz. Register within 6 months of installation.
Report any installation claims to the company or installer you purchased your countertops from. These include: failing seams, failing adhesive e.g.: around an undermount sink, etc. If you bought your countertops through Tile Lines, you can email your pictures and information to email@example.com
We recommend emailing both close-up and zoomed-out pictures of issues when you report claims, as this will speed up the resolution process.
Wear-and-tear resulting from normal use or improper care and maintenance is not covered under any warranty.
